Job summary

Safe-Guard Product International is seeking a Regional Performance Manager to support OEM relationships, dealer networks, and staff with training and advisory services. You will maximize productivity and results across multiple client locations in your territory through product knowledge and skilled training delivery.

The role requires 6+ years in automotive retail management with F&I experience, strong training abilities, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of automotive retail-related management experience (F&I, sales leadership, GSM/GM)
• 2+ years of F&I specific experience
• Strong menu selling knowledge and experience
• Proven ability in selling F&I product suites
• Experience in account development with sustained results
• Hands-on training development with dealership personnel
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Willing to travel 75% with company car provided
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with key partners and clients to meet goals and strategic results
• Build and conduct customized training for OEMs and dealership networks to grow F&I business
• Leverage Safe-Guard Training platform as a differentiator
• Represent Safe-Guard at industry events, conferences and publications
• Partner with Sales Management to maximize revenue opportunities
• Improve training programs for product knowledge and selling mastery
• Conduct regional and dealership training seminars to boost profitability and penetration
• Develop trainer and marketing materials aligned with company standards
• Assist dealers with regulatory compliance through best practice reviews and training
