Job summary

Safe-Guard Products International is hiring a Regional Performance Manager to support a major OEM auto maker relationship and its dealership network. The role focuses on delivering product and training advisory services to maximize productivity across multiple client locations in an assigned territory.

The candidate will design and deliver customized training, leverage the training platform, and participate in industry events to strengthen partnerships and drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of automotive retail management experience.
• 2+ years of F&I specific experience.
• Extensive menu selling knowledge and experience.
• Proficient in selling F&I product suites.
• Experience in account development with sustained results.
• Hands-on development training of dealership personnel.
• Excellent communications and public speaking skills.
• Proven history of developing programs through conversion methods.
• Must be willing to travel at least 75% with company car provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with partners and clients to meet goals.
• Build and conduct customized training for OEMs and dealership networks.
• Leverage Safe-Guard Training platform as a differentiator.
• Establish presence at industry events, conferences, and publications.
• Partner with Sales Management to maximize revenue.
• Enhance programs for product knowledge and sales dialogue.
• Conduct regional and dealership training seminars.
• Develop and utilize approved training and marketing materials.
• Assist dealers to comply with laws via reviews and training.
• Market and facilitate dealer participation in FI certification courses.
• Educate departments on features, benefits and value of Safe-Guard products.
• Implement action plans to increase sales of products and services.
• Advance relationships to develop win/win productivity strategies.
