Job summary

Safe-Guard Product International is seeking a Regional Performance Manager to support OEM relationships, train dealership staff, and drive growth across multiple locations. The role emphasizes product knowledge, program development, and strategic training initiatives to expand F&I sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate has extensive automotive retail leadership experience, strong presentation skills, and a track record of executing effective training programs in a multi-location

Qualifications

• 6+ years of automotive retail-related management (F&I, Sales Mgr, GSM, GM, Training Specialist)
• Dealership management experience required
• Extensive menu selling knowledge/experience
• Proficient in selling current F&I product suite portfolio
• Experience in account development with sustained results
• Hands-on development training of dealership personnel / train the trainer
• Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university preferred
• Excellent communications and public speaking skills
• Proven history of creating innovative programs through established conversion methods
• Willing to travel at least 2–3 overnights per week; company car provided
• Authorized to work in the U.S and able to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with key partners and clients to meet goals
• Build and conduct customized training programs for OEMs and dealership networks
• Leverage Safe-Guard Training platform as a differentiator
• Establish presence at industry events and publications
• Partner with Sales Management to maximize revenue
• Enhance training and marketing materials for product knowledge
• Conduct regional and dealership training seminars to boost profitability
• Educate departments on Safe-Guard product features and benefits
