Zoom is seeking a Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist to drive end-to-end execution of high-impact virtual and live events across the Americas, including summits, webinars, and hospitality activations. You will partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Integrated Marketing to manage the regional events calendar and ensure timely delivery across the US, Canada, and Latin America.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B marketing and event marketing experience.
Hands-on management of virtual and live events, webinars, and hospitality events.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end coordination for virtual programs including virtual customer experiences, digital engagement series, and online community activations.
Coordinate event campaign creation, enable sales, and collaborate with marketing operations to build landing pages and schedule pre- and post-event communications.
Serve as the central communications hub across the marketing team, coordinating timelines and cross-functional dependencies.
Own the regional marketing calendar and ensure alignment with the AMER marketing plan.
Track program performance across attendee engagement, pipeline influence, and brand sentiment.
Develop post-event insights and recommendations to elevate the event portfolio.
