Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist to lead end-to-end execution of high-impact virtual and live events across the Americas, including virtual summits, webinars, and customer hospitality activations. You will partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Integrated Marketing to own the regional events calendar and drive measurable pipeline impact.

3+ years of B2B marketing and event marketing experience.
Experience managing virtual and live events end-to-end.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel 10%+.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end coordination for virtual programs including virtual customer experiences, digital engagement series, and hospitality activations.
Coordinate event campaign creation with field marketing, enablement, and operations teams.
Serve as the central hub coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
Own regional marketing calendar ensuring alignment with AMER plan.
Track program performance across engagement, pipeline influence, and brand sentiment.
Develop post-event insights to elevate the event portfolio.
