Zoom is seeking a Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist to lead end-to-end execution of virtual and live events across the Americas, including virtual summits, tech talks, webinars, and customer hospitality activations.

You will collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Integrated Marketing to own the regional events calendar and ensure timely delivery of events across the US, Canada, and Latin America.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of B2B marketing and event marketing experience.
• Hands-on management of virtual and live events, webinars, and hospitality events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end coordination for virtual programs and live events across the Americas.
• Coordinate event campaign creation, enablement, landing pages, and email communications.
• Serve as the central communications hub across marketing teams and cross-functional groups.
• Own the regional marketing calendar and track program performance.
• Develop post-event insights and recommendations to elevate the event portfolio.
