Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist to lead end-to-end execution of high-impact virtual and live events across the Americas, including summits, tech talks, webinars, and hospitality activations.

You will own the regional events calendar and collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, Channel, and other teams to deliver coordinated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B marketing and event marketing experience.
• Hands-on management of virtual and live events, webinars, and hospitality events.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination for virtual programs and live events across the Americas.
• Coordinate event campaign creation, sales enablement, and landing pages, plus pre/post-event communications.
• Manage regional events calendar and cross-functional timelines across teams.
