Zoom seeks a Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist to lead end-to-end planning and execution of virtual and live events across the Americas, including summits, webinars, and hospitality activations. You will partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Integrated Marketing to manage the regional events calendar and coordinate cross-functional campaigns.

This role requires strong project management, the ability to juggle multiple programs, and a willingness to travel ~10%+.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in B2B marketing and event marketing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end event logistics and post-event follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end coordination for virtual programs and live events across the Americas.
• Coordinate campaign creation, sales enablement, and event landing pages with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as central communications hub for timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
• Own regional events calendar and align with the AMER marketing plan.
• Track program performance: attendee engagement, pipeline influence, and brand sentiment.
• Develop post-event insights and recommendations to improve the portfolio.
