Job summary

• 15+ years in environmental consulting or related leadership roles.
• Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
• Proven track record in developing and growing client relationships and revenue.
• Experience as a seller-doer balancing BD, account management, and project delivery.
• Ability to develop strategic client solutions and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand strategic relationships with regional and national clients.
• Identify opportunities and lead major proposal efforts with SMEs.
• Mentor PMs to develop business development and client management skills.
• Provide technical guidance across environmental services and compliance.
• Monitor regulations and market trends to identify client opportunities.
