Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Two (2) years of direct sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel is a plus

Responsibilities

• Grow 3M business through key distribution partners by identifying sales, conversion, and growth opportunities.
• Deliver the 3M value proposition while building strong relationships across distributors and customer organizations.
• Execute distributor business plans through QBRs, inventory management, contracts, RFQs, and commercial activities.
• Lead marketing, promotional, training, merchandising, and sales initiatives to drive demand and customer engagement.
• Conduct regular distributor visits to support sales growth, product adoption, and operational excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue, growth, and customer success objectives.
