Job summary

Molex seeks a remote Distribution Sales Manager to drive regional revenue growth through distributor engagement, field sales activity, and technical product knowledge. You will partner with DCAM, sales reps, and product teams to expand Molex interconnect solutions at the local level.

This role requires deep electrical/industrial product understanding, 3–5+ years in sales-related roles, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote field setting.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of electrical or industrial products.
• 3–5+ years in a sales engineering, field sales, distribution, or industrial sales role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote field environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and standard sales management tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with distributor branches and branch managers.
• Drive regional revenue growth across electrical, industrial, and automation applications.
• Provide Molex product knowledge and assist with selections, troubleshooting, and positioning.
• Support product managers by relaying local market feedback and customer insights.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate handoffs to reps or DCAMs as needed.
