Job summary

Project Access, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead Resident Services Coordinators at Family Resource Centers. You will drive staff performance, manage budgets, and build strong partnerships with property managers and community partners to fulfill the program model and contracts.

The role requires strong leadership, nonprofit experience, and a commitment to outcomes. Remote position based in San Diego, CA, with regional travel and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field.
• Minimum three years of management experience, preferably nonprofit.
• Experience supervising programs and evaluating outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Manager duties for Resident Services Coordinators across centers.
• Oversee budgets, program development, and performance metrics.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate staff; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Foster partnerships with property managers, volunteers, and residents.
• Represent the organization at events and maintain program quality.
