Job summary

Project Access, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to provide leadership for Resident Services Coordinators across multiple centers. You will ensure contract-driven services are delivered, develop annual goals, and supervise staff with a focus on outcomes and impact.

You will collaborate with directors to manage budgets, train staff, and build partnerships with communities and investors, while maintaining safe operations and ensuring program compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in social work or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience in a nonprofit setting.
• Experience supervising programs and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Resident Services Coordinators across resource centers to ensure contract-delivered services.
• Set annual goals with Program Director and drive outcomes.
• Hire, supervise, and develop RSCs; manage staff performance and scheduling.
• Maintain safe work environments and strong relationships with property managers, partners, volunteers, and residents.
• Conduct quarterly site visits and escalate concerns to Senior Director as needed.
• Oversee budgets and resource center expenditures; support onsite program development and evaluation.
