Job summary

BridgeBio seeks a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Northeast to lead access strategy across a ten-state Northeast portfolio, including Maine to Delaware. This role manages 16 accounts and collaborates with Field Reimbursement, Sales, Medical, HEOR, Marketing, and Pricing to ensure rapid, durable access for BridgeBio's rare disease portfolio.

Remote, field-based with travel 50–60%, reporting to the VP, Market Access.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience, including at least five years in regional payer account management.
• Solid understanding of the payer sector, including Medical/Pharmacy Benefit Designs, current legislation, and Medicaid (Managed/FFS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regional payers, managed Medicaid programs, and IDNs across the Northeast territory.
• Lead account strategy and execute portfolio plans for 16 accounts to support rapid and durable access for approved products.
• Profile formularies and policy review processes; coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value messaging and resolve access issues.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and support post-access initiatives.
• Travel 50–60% as required.
