Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Northeast to drive access strategy for a ten-state Northeast territory. You will manage payer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure launch readiness for BridgeBio's rare disease portfolio.

The role requires 10+ years in biotech/pharma with at least 5 years in regional payer account management, deep payer sector knowledge, and willingness to travel 50-60%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience, including regional payer account management.
• Understanding of payer sector, Medicaid, and current legislation.
• Ability to coordinate across multi-state payer organizations and IDNs.
• Willingness to travel 50-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead access strategy across a ten-state Northeast territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with regional payers and IDNs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive payer policy and coverage.
• Deliver clinical and economic value stories to payers and field teams.
• Support launch readiness and formulary/ policy reviews.
