BridgeBio is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Northeast to lead access strategy and execution across a ten-state Northeast territory. You will manage the 16 accounts, including regional payers and IDNs, shaping formulary and policy reviews and ensuring launch readiness with cross-functional teams.

This remote, field-based role covers ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, and DE, with a strong preference for residing in the geography. Travel is 50–60%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with regional payer management.
• Five+ years in regional payer account management.
• Understanding of Medicaid and current legislation affecting payer designs.
• Ability to present complex clinical data to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% across the Northeast region.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with regional payers, Medicaid programs, and IDNs within the Northeast territory.
• Lead account strategy for Northeast payer relationships including Blue plans and regional payers.
• Develop and execute account plans to support rapid and durable access for approved products.
• Profile formulary and policy review processes; coordinate cross-functionally to resolve access issues.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and stay current on Medicaid policy and market dynamics.
