BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Northeast to lead access strategy and execution across a ten-state Northeast territory. The role manages 16 payer accounts, including regional payers, Medicaid programs, and IDNs, ensuring launch readiness and timely policy reviews.

The position reports to the Vice President, Market Access and requires extensive payer experience, cross-functional collaboration, and travel across the defined geography.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry with 5+ years in regional payer account management.
• Strong understanding of payer sector, medical/pharmacy benefit designs and Medicaid.
• Ability to present complex clinical data to diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Sales, Pricing).
• Willingness to travel 50-60% across multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regional payers and IDNs within the Northeast territory.
• Lead account strategy for the Northeast portfolio and align with state executions.
• Create and execute account-specific business plans for the 16 accounts in the territory.
• Profile formulary and medical policy review processes and coordinate internal teams to deliver value messaging.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and track Medicaid policy dynamics.
