Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Northeast to lead access strategy across a ten-state Northeast territory. You will manage 16 accounts, including regional payers and IDNs, ensuring launch readiness, formulary reviews, and coverage resolution in partnership with Field Reimbursement and other functions.

Role requires 10+ years in biotech/pharma with at least 5 years in regional payer accounts, and willingness to travel 50–60%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years biotech/pharma experience, with regional payer account management experience
• Ability to present complex clinical data for approved indications
• Strong travel readiness (50–60%)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships across ten-state Northeast payer landscape
• Lead account strategy with major payer groups and IDNs while aligning state-level execution
• Create and execute account-specific business plans for the 16-account portfolio
• Profile formulary and medical policy, utilization management, and decision-makers
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to convey clinical and economic value and resolve access barriers
