Job summary

Associa is seeking a Regional Director, Developer Services to lead sales and operations across a designated region. This remote role based in Florida requires up to 75% travel to drive growth and ensure profitable, high-quality developer services.

You will manage a team, build key partnerships with developers and HOA stakeholders, and oversee proposals, contracts, and budgets to support successful community developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• At least 7-10 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably within real estate, community development, or developer services.
• Strong understanding of Common Interest Communities (CICs), Large Scale HOA management, Condominium, residential development processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing sales cycles, client acquisition, and revenue growth in a B2B environment.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.
• Leadership & Team Management experience with a track record of developing talent and accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software (Salesforce), and project management tools (Microsoft Project, Asana).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation with developers, vendors, and clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales and client acquisition for Developer Services, expanding the customer base and driving regional growth.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, HOA representatives, and local authorities.
• Oversee proposals, presentations, and contracts for new developments, ensuring value propositions are clear and tailored.
• Set and monitor regional sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team, driving revenue.
• Ensure seamless project execution from planning through completion, with focus on timely delivery and quality.
• Manage project budgets and costs across Developer Services projects.
• Allocate resources efficiently and optimize project delivery timelines.
• Continuously review and improve operational workflows for better cost-effectiveness.
