Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales/Commercial Operations/Engineering/Technical Engineering.
• Experience with Data Center Markets and Portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for meeting or exceeding an established OP plan.
• Lead, develop and execute commercial strategy for sales of stability solutions for data centers in North America, including BESS, EMS, MV UPS.
• Own the accurate forecasting of orders and convertible orders for your account package and reflect that in Salesforce.com.
• Lead relationships on day-to-day basis and provide transactional support.
• Lead with selected GE Vernova businesses sales personnel across the region to implement joint account strategies and close synergy orders.
• Lead and execute an overall growth strategy with integrated plays for GE across the region.
• Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate activities and provide leadership to establish individual sales strategies obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing and delivery.
