Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, or Technical Engineering.
• Familiarity with data center markets and portfolios.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Director Data Centers - Power Stability & Electrical Systems to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead commercial strategy for power stability solutions across North America, with a strong emphasis on data center markets and customer portfolios. The position is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening executive-level customer relationships, and translating market insight into actionable sales opportunities. It also requires close collaboration with internal leadership to support pricing, forecasting, and contract execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $151,400 – $252,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Accountable for meeting or exceeding established operational plans
• Lead and execute commercial strategy for stability solutions in North America
• Forecast orders accurately and manage them in Salesforce.com
