This leadership role partners with executives to address workforce challenges with Aya's portfolio of talent, technology and workforce solutions.

The position is remote but based in the Boston area; travel may be required. You will lead market strategies, build C-suite partnerships, develop business cases, and drive revenue growth through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare administration or related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive healthcare business development, strategic sales or related partnerships.
• Proven success selling complex solutions to hospitals or health systems.
• Ability to establish relationships with senior executives and influence decisions.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and labor market dynamics.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market-development strategies to drive revenue and partnerships.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives in healthcare.
• Identify organizations facing labor-cost and staffing challenges.
• Position Aya as a strategic workforce partner and coordinate solutions.
• Lead executive meetings, proposals and negotiations.
• Monitor labor-market trends and represent Aya at conferences.
