Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Regional Business Director – MI Clarity to lead a field-based commercial team driving adoption of MI Clarity across targeted geographies. You will shape strategy, manage a team of Account Executives, and build relationships with oncologists, pathologists, and health systems to accelerate market penetration.

You will guide commercial strategy, collaborate with Medical Affairs and Marketing, and ensure strong field execution, forecasting, and performance management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven success building and leading sales teams.
• Experience with market development, new business, and revenue growth.
• Experience launching products or initiatives in healthcare markets.
• Strong coaching, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, analytics, forecasting, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional and national commercial strategies to drive MI Clarity adoption.
• Lead and develop a team of Account Executives.
• Establish accountability, urgency, and execution excellence.
• Drive new account acquisition and expansion within oncology ecosystems.
• Identify high-value market opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for community oncology, academic centers, and health systems.
• Build executive relationships with key accounts and healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with leadership on market access, pathology, and operations.
• Coach teams on clinical selling and evidence-based engagement.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM usage, and territory analytics.
