Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks a Regional Business Director – MI Clarity to lead a field-based commercial team focused on adoption of MI Clarity in oncology. You will build and guide a high-performing group of Account Executives and shape regional strategies to accelerate market penetration.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, and Pathology to drive clinical adoption, demonstrate value, and expand strategic accounts. Travel to managed geographies is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in commercial teams.
• Proven success in market development, new business, and revenue growth.
• Experience leading product launches or high-growth environments.
• Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics, forecasting, and BI tools.
• Ability to travel regularly within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional and national commercial strategies to drive MI Clarity adoption and market penetration.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
