Greenlight America is seeking a Full-Time Regional Campaign Manager for Northern California. This remote role reports to the Senior Manager, Campaigns and starts ASAP.

The position oversees campaigns, builds coalitions, and mobilizes volunteers to win local clean energy siting approvals. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in grassroots campaigns, strong project management and communications skills, and experience with digital campaigning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots campaigns or political campaigns.
• Proven track record of achieving ambitious outcomes and local-level work.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to build alliances across perspectives.

Responsabilités

• Lead campaigns for clean energy projects and local ordinances; mobilize volunteers and work with partner organizations.
• Develop campaign plans with goals, strategies and timelines; track milestones.
• Support partner organizations with trainings, calls, and advocacy materials.
• Build relationships with environmental, labor, faith, farming, and business groups.
• Oversee grant agreements and regular reporting of campaign data.
• Allocate budgets and coordinate with consultants; take on campaigns outside region when needed.
