Job summary

Greenlight America is seeking a Regional Campaign Manager to lead campaigns for clean energy projects across the assigned region. You will develop strategies, support partner organizations, and mobilize volunteers to win siting approvals at the local level.

Reporting to the Regional Campaigns Director, East, you will coordinate with staff and partners, manage budgets, and adapt plans in a fast-paced environment while advancing the nation's clean energy transition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots campaigns or political advocacy.
• Strong track record of campaign outcomes and local-level work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns for clean energy projects in the assigned region.
• Develop campaign plans with goals, strategies, and timelines.
• Track milestones and manage partner relationships.
• Support volunteers, train leaders, and create advocacy materials.
• Oversee budgets and reporting; coordinate with consultants.
