Job summary

AstraZeneca seeks an Associate Director, Territory Operations Manager – Cell Therapy for the Northwest Region to lead regional clinical trial operations across sites, ensuring robust execution and patient access. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align site strategy, activation, training, and governance while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with cell therapy knowledge.
• 8+ years clinical experience in hospital/industry with CAR-T preferred.
• Experience with service lines, cost, quality metrics, and timelines.
• Knowledge of cell therapy standards/regulations and contract oversight.
• Experience selecting external providers and contract development.

Responsibilities

• Shape regional site strategy and expansion to accelerate access and trial readiness.
• Lead activation, certification, and training programs for new centers.
• Manage end-to-end cell therapy workflows: apheresis to infusion and documentation.
• Drive quality, compliance, CAPA, and audit readiness within regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Engage investigators, physicians, nurses, and site leadership for patient-centered service lines.
• Align site needs with supply chain timelines and regional account changes.
• Design and deliver training for site staff and junior team members.
• Lead governance reporting on standards and performance across countries.
