Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in cell therapy or healthcare operations.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership roles within cell therapy.
• Experience in operational strategy, process improvement, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Associate Directors-Territory Operations Management (AD-TOMs) and regional teams.
• Establish relationships with healthcare providers and site partners; contribute to SOPs.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across clinical operations, manufacturing, supply chain and medical teams; lead change management.
• Perform regional market analysis and ensure site readiness and compliance.
