You will manage infrastructure, develop strategic plans, and build relationships with healthcare providers and site partners while driving process improvements and lifecycle optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cell therapy operations or healthcare/pharmaceutical environments with leadership experience.
• Strong strategic planning, change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare customer environments, hospital regulations and regulated quality environments is preferred.

Objectives include operationalizing AZ's cell therapy trials and products, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Skills in strategy development, change management, problem resolution, and stakeholder engagement are essential
• Preferred: understanding of healthcare customer environments, hospital regulations, complex IT systems, and regulated quality environments

Work setup:

remote, with up to 50% domestic and international travel.
