Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Director, Strategic Site Partnerships - Cell Therapy in the United States. You will lead end-to-end relationships with priority cell therapy sites, aligning governance, priorities, and execution across cross-functional teams to optimize trials and future launches.

You will drive portfolio strategies, enhance site performance, and foster high-level collaborations with investigators, site leadership, and AstraZeneca’s global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, life sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical development, site management, or strategic alliances.
• Experience in cell therapy, oncology, hematology, or complex therapeutic environments preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic site ownership and governance for Cell Therapy Strategic Partnership sites.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to accelerate site activation and enrollment.
• Represent AstraZeneca at scientific meetings and investigator forums.
• Translate site insights into scalable portfolio-level improvements.
