Novartis AG in the Northeast region seeks an Associate Director, Cell Therapy Operations Manager. This field-based, remote role covers New York, Philadelphia, and Boston areas; residency or close commuting distance is required within the territory.

You will train, onboard, qualify treatment centers, and manage ordering, logistics, site readiness, and compliance while partnering with key stakeholders to improve site performance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in science/healthcare/business or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare/pharma/biotech/specialty operations or related.
• Experience with complex healthcare systems or multi-site institutions.
• Experience in cell therapy operations or highly regulated environments.
• Experience training/onboarding external healthcare stakeholders.
• Ability to influence in matrixed orgs without direct authority.
• Strong PM, problem-solving, and execution skills, handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Execute onboarding, training, qualification, and readiness for CAR-T centers to enable site activation.
• Serve as field-based operational lead for centers, supporting ordering, logistics, apheresis, product receipt, workflows.
• Deliver high-quality operational support to centers, care teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve operational challenges related to ordering, logistics, product handling, and site readiness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and procedural requirements; support audits.
• Lead site readiness, continuity, and refresher training to maintain performance.
