The Regional Recruiter, Maryland will represent the University at regional college fairs, high schools, and other recruitment events in Northern Virginia and neighboring states. Review freshman undergraduate applications for admission as assigned. Participate in University wide on-campus recruitment activities.

Develop solid networking relationships with high school counselors in their regional territory. The salary for this role is $57,772.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor's with related experience equivalent to master’s.
• Basic knowledge of terminology used in admission.
• Knowledge of student financial assistance programs and Higher Education processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Represent the University at regional college fairs, high schools, and other recruitment events in Northern Virginia and neighboring states.
• Review freshman undergraduate applications for admission as assigned.
• Participate in University-wide on-campus recruitment activities.
• Develop networking relationships with high school counselors in the regional territory.
• Maintain communication with prospective students and families via coaching techniques.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate admissions staff.
