Virginia Commonwealth University is seeking a Regional Recruiter to lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for undergraduates in the assigned region. You will develop and implement student recruitment plans, travel to high schools and colleges, and represent VCU at events to drive applications and enrollment.

You will counsel prospective students and families on admissions and financial aid, coordinate communications, and collaborate with the Admissions team on strategic enrollment goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education.
• At least a year of recruitment or admissions experience.
• Resides in assigned area with ability to travel frequently.
• Ability to build relationships with students, families, and counselors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Unexpired driver's license and access to personal vehicle.

• Represent VCU at recruitment events, including virtual events, to diverse audiences.
• Plan, develop, and organize recruitment activities to meet enrollment goals.
• Organize local receptions and yield events for accepted students.
• Participate in on-campus recruitment events.

• Maintain follow-up communication with applicants and manage emails.
• Evaluate applications, participate in scholarship reviews, and assist in class selection.
