Premium Guard, Inc. is seeking a Regional Support Specialist based in Memphis to lead national accounts, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

You will interact daily with internal partners to enhance customer experiences and will travel to support installers and customers across the territory. The role demands exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a home-based setup and regular travel.

• Extensive travel: +/- 10 nights per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage key national accounts' daily needs to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
• Build relationships with national accounts and their customers for high service standards.
• Solicit new product introductions and business in the territory.
• Provide product and technical knowledge to customers.
• Coordinate with accounts to manage changeovers and secure unit box orders.
• Support accounts’ open houses, trade shows, and customer events.
• Distribute marketing materials to installers.
• Prepare reports for management: call reports, sales data, Power BI, Excel.
• Assist in setting up new stores.
• Conduct ride-alongs with installers to boost sales.
• Meet with installers/consumers to discuss product issues.
• Perform other job-related tasks.
