Job summary

Premier Power Maintenance is seeking a Customer Experience and Regional Sales Representative to lead regional sales efforts within a 60-mile radius of the hiring regional office. The role blends office work, remote activities, and customer visits with minimal overnight travel, reporting to the Region Operations Manager.

You will drive proposals, quotes, and timelines, delivering professional, customer-focused service and promoting the brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in electrical industrial environments such as construction, maintenance, testing, commissioning, and repair.
• Electrical service sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain NETA Level II within 24 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and marketing performance for the region.
• Develop and support regional sales, marketing, and business development plans.
• Identify market opportunities through research and planning.
• Build new and existing customer relationships through communication, trust, and responsiveness.
• Conduct sales outreach through phone, in person visits, and other channels.
• Maintain strong rapport with customers and follow through and follow up.
• Identify and reach decision makers through research and cold calling when needed.
