Job summary

Premium Guard, Inc. is seeking a Regional Support Specialist to manage national accounts, deliver outstanding service, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer needs in the United States.

You will build strong relationships with key customers, introduce new products, support sales efforts, and prepare regular reports, including Power BI and Excel dashboards, to drive revenue growth across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Attend to national accounts' daily needs to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
• Build relationships within the national accounts and their customers for top service.
• Solicit new product introductions to key accounts and customers.
• Generate new business for national accounts within the territory.
• Provide product and technical knowledge to customers.
• Collaborate with national accounts to manage changeovers and orders.
• Support and participate in accounts' open houses, trade shows, and events.
• Distribute marketing materials to installers as needed.
• Analyze reports and prepare management and customer reports (Power BI, Excel).
• Assist in setting up new stores for key national accounts.
• Ride-alongs with customers to support installer sales calls.
• Meet with installers/consumers to discuss product issues as required.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
