Job summary

Protos Security is seeking a Field Account Manager to lead Field Operations in the Mid South region from Memphis, TN. You will own field oversight, conduct site visits, evaluate guard performance, and strengthen client and provider relationships to ensure high standards of service.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in security or related operations, strong leadership and vendor management skills, and the ability to manage multiple locations with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of law enforcement or military experience.
• Prior experience in security operations, account management, or multi-site operations leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale or high-profile client relationships.
• Strong understanding of security operations, vendor management, and service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own operational oversight and field engagement for an assigned region, ensuring current understanding of conditions and opportunities.
• Plan and conduct scheduled and unannounced site visits based on priorities, client needs, and risk indicators.
• Evaluate security operations, including guard performance, supervision, post orders, site conditions, and access control.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, security providers, onsite supervisors, and stakeholders.
