Job summary

Axalta Coating Systems is seeking an Account Specialist who will maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term retention within a Western New York region. This fully remote role requires local presence for onsite visits and involves up to 50% travel, supporting regional and Axalta goals.

The position offers a compensation range of $75,000–$95,000 annually plus a 30% sales incentive target. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in Automotive Refinish are preferred, with experience in Salesforce

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years Automotive Refinish industry experience.
Experienced sales professional with automotive coating industry knowledge.
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact for identified customers and build strong relationships.
Understand key elements of the business agreement with each customer.
Develop and execute account plans for product, color, and services needs.
Communicate product values and benefits to customers accurately.
Coordinate resources to meet customer needs and document interactions in SFDC.
Maintain organized call schedules and follow-ups to drive retention and revenue.
