Job summary

Axalta Coating Systems is seeking an Account Specialist who will maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term retention within a Western New York region. This fully remote role requires local presence for onsite visits and involves up to 50% travel, supporting regional and Axalta goals.

The position offers a compensation range of $75,000–$95,000 annually plus a 30% sales incentive target. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in Automotive Refinish are preferred, with experience in Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years Automotive Refinish industry experience.
• Experienced sales professional with automotive coating industry knowledge.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for identified customers and build strong relationships.
• Understand key elements of the business agreement with each customer.
• Develop and execute account plans for product, color, and services needs.
• Communicate product values and benefits to customers accurately.
• Coordinate resources to meet customer needs and document interactions in SFDC.
• Maintain organized call schedules and follow-ups to drive retention and revenue.
