Job summary

Axalta is seeking an Account Specialist in Automotive Refinish to maintain strong customer satisfaction and drive long-term retention within our regional sales team. You will partner with coatings customers to ensure that all elements of the business agreement are delivered.

You will develop and execute account plans that capture product, color and service needs, communicate the value of Axalta products and services, and coordinate resources to meet unique customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the collision repair, commercial transportation and industrial business environment
• Proven track record of automotive refinish customer support
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and conduct onsite visits to customer sites

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary point of contact for identified customers and builds strong, collaborative relationships
• Develops and executes account plans capturing product, color and services needs of the customer
• Understands and communicates the value of Axalta products, colors, and services to customers
• Maintains organized communication with a regular customer call schedule and documents interactions in SFDC
• Follows up on issues timely and identifies process improvements to alleviate roadblocks
• Leads paint conversion efforts and coordinates distribution resources to support the customer
