Job summary

Axalta is seeking an Account Specialist to maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term retention within a regional sales context. This remote, home-office based role supports customers in Minnesota, working with the coatings team to deliver on the business agreement and drive value.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Automotive Refinish sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Axalta offers health insurance and PTO, with a 30% incentive target.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of Automotive Refinish industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair, commercial transportation and industrial environments.
• Ability to identify customer needs and resolve problems collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for identified customers and build relationships.
• Understand and communicate the value of Axalta products, colors and services.
• Develop and execute account plans for product, color and service needs.
• Maintain organized customer interactions in SFDC and regular call schedule.
• Travel up to 50% to meet customer and regional goals.
