Job summary

Axalta is seeking an Account Specialist, Automotive Refinish to manage key customer relationships and execute account plans. You will partner with coatings customers to ensure delivery of the business agreement and support territory goals.

This remote role requires local presence in TX (preferably San Antonio) with onsite customer visits and travel up to 50%. Strong communication skills and CRM proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of Automotive Refinish industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair, commercial transportation and industrial distribution fundamentals.
• Proficient with MS Office and common CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for identified customers and build relationships.
• Develop and execute account plans capturing product, color and services needs.
• Communicate Axalta values and engage resources to meet customer needs.
• Maintain organized communication with regular customer calls and document interactions in SFDC.
• Travel up to 50% and support territory activities.
