Job summary

GeneDx is seeking a high-performing General Pediatrician Regional Account Executive to lead growth in their territory. This field sales role focuses on consultative selling, building clinician relationships, and expanding access to advanced genetic testing services.

Expect travel with some weekends/evenings; 4.5 field days per week. You will drive territory growth, manage accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in healthcare sales or 2+ years as a genetic counselor.
• Ability to promote multiple service offerings and manage opportunities.
• Work independently and manage time and territory effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business.
• Serve as the first line of account management for healthcare providers.
• Deliver consultative sales presentations to communicate value of GeneDx solutions.
• Coordinate and execute in-person and virtual client meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding and service delivery.
• Lead educational efforts within the territory and at conferences/events.
• Stay current on clinical genomics developments and market landscape.
• Maintain field presence and meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Document opportunities and updates in CRM; maintain pipeline.
