Flai is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive its go-to-market presence across New Jersey. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect, pitch, and close dealerships while building an in-person presence and revenue growth across the state.

You will travel within New Jersey, work directly with the founders, shape the territory strategy, and provide market feedback to help Flai scale its automotive-dealership footprint.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in B2B sales within a high-velocity environment.
• Experience selling to automotive dealerships or in the automotive sector.
• Proven ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals.
• Willingness to travel across New Jersey.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in New Jersey dealerships.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with prioritized accounts.
• Sell in person to dealership leaders to build trust and momentum.
• Shape the territory go‑to‑market strategy with founders.
• Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership to influence scaling.
