Job summary

Flai is hiring a Regional Account Executive to own and expand our go-to-market presence across Ohio and Indiana. You will develop the territory strategy, build the prospecting motion, establish an in-person presence, and drive revenue across both states.

You will work directly with the founders and help shape how Flai wins the dealership market. You will prospect, book meetings, pitch, and close dealerships, build and manage a robust pipeline, and gather feedback to influence product direction

Qualifications

• Proven sales execution across high-velocity or high-stakes deals.
• Automotive dealership sales experience.
• Strong communication skills, in person or remote.
• Solution-oriented mindset, addressing dealer pain points.
• Willing to travel across Ohio and Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in Ohio and Indiana.
• Map priority accounts, identify decision-makers, and keep opportunities moving.
• Meet dealership leaders in person to build trust and momentum.
• Shape territory strategy, outreach, and field playbook with founders.
• Share market insights with Product and Leadership to influence direction.
