Flai is hiring a Regional Account Executive to own and grow go-to-market presence across Ohio and Indiana. You will develop territory strategy, build prospecting motion, establish an in-person presence, and drive revenue across both states.

• Proven sales execution in high-velocity or high-stakes environments.
• Direct experience selling to automotive dealerships.
• Clear, persuasive communication in person or remotely.
• Ability to travel across Ohio and Indiana to meet customers.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with dealership groups.
