Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of A&H sales, marketing, underwriting, or risk placement experience.
• Strong knowledge of A&H products and markets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by expanding distribution and partnerships.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities through MGAs, MGUs, digital platforms, and program managers.
• Manage the new business pipeline from intake to quote delivery and follow-up.
• Collaborate with underwriting to secure quotes and cross-sell opportunities.
• Represent Arch A&H at industry conferences and act as a market-facing thought leader.
• Deliver presentations for distribution partners and CE credits.
