Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. seeks an Accident & Health Regional Business Development Manager to drive profitable new production across an assigned territory.

This role represents Arch A&H in the market, deepens producer engagement, generates new quote activity, and pursues cross-sell opportunities. The position allows 100% remote or hybrid work within the Midwest or Northeast, with opportunity to influence market strategy and participate in strategic programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of A&H sales, marketing, underwriting, or risk placement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by developing new partner relationships and expanding existing distribution.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities through alternative and emerging distribution channels (MGAs, MGUs, digital platforms, program managers).
• Support opportunity memos, coordinate stakeholders, and manage implementation timelines with Marketing for market positioning and collateral.
• Manage the new business pipeline from intake to quote delivery and ensure timely follow-up with partners.
• Partner with commercial insurance to identify and advance cross-sell opportunities.
• Represent Arch A&H at industry conferences and educate partners; conduct CE presentations when applicable.
