Job summary

Arch is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for Accident & Health to drive profitable new production across an assigned territory. The role involves expanding distribution, engaging producers, and identifying cross-sell opportunities across MGAs, MGUs, and digital platforms.

You’ll manage the end-to-end pipeline, coordinate with underwriting, and serve as a market-facing thought leader at industry events. Remote or hybrid work options are available across the Midwest or Northeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of A&H sales, marketing, underwriting, or risk placement experience.
• Knowledge of A&H products and distribution channels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and influence across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by expanding distribution.
• Evaluate opportunities through MGA/MGU, digital platforms, and program managers.
• Manage the new business pipeline from intake to quote delivery and follow-up.
• Partner with underwriting and marketing for quotes and market messaging.
• Represent Arch at industry conferences and educate partners.
