Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Refuel Floor Technical Director to supervise BWR Refuel Floor outage maintenance, including reactor disassembly, reassembly, and in Vessel maintenance. The role ensures safe, compliant execution of complex projects and supports both outage and off-outage scope.

The candidate will lead multi‑disciplinary GEH and contingent teams, contribute to proposals with labor, tooling and logistics input, and maintain strong stakeholder relations with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years in BWR Refuel Floor outage maintenance.
• High School Diploma with 10+ years in BWR Refuel Floor outage maintenance acceptable as alternative.
• Experience as Refuel Floor Technical Director or equivalent in Refuel Outage maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor of union and non-union personnel on BWR Refuel Floor outage maintenance.
• Lead project delivery planning, risk identification and mitigation.
• Coach multi-disciplinary teams including GEH and contingent workers.
• Contribute to commercial proposals with technical labor and tooling input.
• Interact with senior customer and supplier management on commercial and compliance issues.
