Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Lead Outage Services Execution Specialist - Refuel Floor to support outage execution at nuclear power plants.

The role requires SME status across BWR Reactor Maintenance, Vessel activities and fuel movement, with cross-functional leadership and instruction of GVH Technical Training courses. You will travel up to 75%, support off-season projects and lead safety and quality in all activities, with opportunities for career growth within GVH.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• GVH Fuel Moving Certification required.
• GVH Reactor Maintenance / Vessel Technician qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Support 4–6 refueling outages per year at customer sites (domestic & international).
• Perform maintenance/inspections in your discipline to deliver outage support.
• Provide supervisory support as needed in your area of expertise.
• Instruct GVH Technical Training courses to develop new technicians.
• Support product line activities including proposals, development and training implementation.
• Provide SME on reactor maintenance, in-vessel tooling and GVH OEM equipment.
• Lead with GE Beliefs, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables meet customer requirements and procedures.
• Drive GVH standard processes across projects and ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as needed.
